Our products are customized and made to order. We can not offer exchanges and returns.

If you've made a mistake and need to reorder, we’ll happily offer you a generous 50% discount.

Of course, if an error is ours, we'll replace the item at no charge.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund.

For refund or replacement orders, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Please get in touch with our team at support@sightual.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

For refunds, allow time for processing:
